Our Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Training & Certification Program is loaded with information on plan design, administrative options, and compliance requirements that will help you understand Cafeteria Plans from start to finish, and includes training on how to plan, design, and administer your plan, as well as how to perform the required discrimination testing.

This course contains numerous End Of Lesson Quizzes to help you measure your progress and mastery of the materials.
The program also includes an optional test for those who wish to earn a "Certified Cafeteria Plan Administrator" designation. This program also qualifies for eight hours of PHR and SPHR re-certification credits!
Certification tests are comprised of 50 randomly-generated questions that are mostly multiple choice, scenario-based questions that test the students ability to apply the learned content.
A score of 85 or higher is required to earn a Certification.
